Trang Due industrial park is the highest technology and investment rate in Hai Phong city (21 million USD / ha). The workshops in the industrial park are built to the standards and divided into many areas.
Total Area : 50000 m2.
Payment Schedule of Land Sublease :
- Stage 1 : within 7 working days from date of signing Land Sublease in-principle Agreement; deposit 40% to total land rental amount.
- Stage 2 : within 7 working days from date of signing Land Sublease in-principle Agreement; pay the next installment of 40% of total land rental amount.
- Stage 3 : within 7 working days from date of Handing over the land plot (leveled the land lot at + 4m altitude); pay the last installment of 20% of total land rental amount.
Factory Rental rate :
- Office rental fee : 6USD /m2 / month
- Factory rental fee : 4USD /m2 / month.
- Minimum Office rental fee : 6USD /m2 / 5000m2.
- Minimum Factory rental fee : 4USD /m2 / 5800m2.
Renting and Payment Form
The Factory Rental Contract at least 2 years.
After signing MOU, pay a six-months deposit.
The deposit will be deducted in the rental of last six months of the contract.
Monthly payment, before the fifth date of each month.
