Le Xi Trading and Service Co., Ltd. needs to recruit the Head of the Board for the building management board, common cluster can go to work immediately .
Requirements: years- MEN OR WOMEN from 25 - 45 years old, graduated from University or higher, agile, open, good communication, enthusiasm, careful , proficient writing and Exel, . ( Good English is an advantage)
Experience:
- Experience in operating buildings , apartment complexes, and condominiums.
- Experience working in similar sized buildings / hotels.
- Experience in management, good situation handling skills.
- Good analytical skills, have good management, leadership and handling skills.
- Good communication skill.
- Have a customer service mindset.
- Ability to train, guide and observe well.
- English is an advantage reported in writing, reporting month, said plans monthly .
Work address 1 : SHP Plaza Building - No. 12 Lach Tray - Ngo Quyen district - Hai Phong city .
Working address2: VSIP Thuy Nguyen project - Hai Phong city
Working time: Monday to Saturday (morning: 7h30-11h30h, afternoon : 13 h 30 -17h30). Weekends and public holidays, New Year.
Job description:
Directly manage and administer personnel under the Management Board
- Building models, functions, duties of the Management Board, duties, powers, standards for each working position, staffing staff
- Building standards in building management
- Developing SOPs in building management, forms, manuals
- Construction activity budget ng annual
- Join the selection of service providers
- Assign and manage and supervise the daily performance of each job position in the Building Management Board; Manage and supervise the service provision of the outsourced parties; ensure to meet all requirements of safety, fire prevention, security, order, hygiene, environment , culture
- Responsible for making decisions to handle urgent problems in the operation process .
- Resolving issues related to residential households; Regularly maintain close relationships with residents to meet legitimate requirements and improve service quality

- Probationary salary 1: (2 months): 9,5 million VND
- Official salary 1 : 12 million VND (Tet bonus, company regulations, and insurance when the trial ends)
- Probationary salary 2: (2 months): 1 5 million VND
